Filing false information to authorities is a criminal offense under Ghanaian law. Your account may be terminated and referred to law enforcement.

05. SAFETY PROTOCOLS

Do not enter private mining concessions or forest zones.
NO CONFRONT
Avoid approaching individuals suspected of illegal activity.
SAFE DISTANCE
Capture evidence from a safe, discreet distance.
PRIORITY SAFETY
No piece of evidence is worth your life.
06. IP RIGHTS
Ownership
Design, code, algorithms, and priority scoring methodologies are owned exclusively by EcoScan.
License
You are granted personal, non-commercial use for submitting incident reports in good faith.
Forbidden
Reverse engineering, decompiling, copying source code, or reselling services is strictly prohibited.
07. CONDUCT
Violation of any Ghanaian law or regulation.
Harassment, threats, or defamation of individuals.
Attempting to identify anonymous reporters.
08. DISCLAIMER
EcoScan is Not Liable for Injuries sustained, legal consequences of trespass, or failures in agency response.
